Keep away from specific titles, but do describe a career that share similar traits as the job you are applying for.
In all honesty, this isn't a very good interview question because it strays away from the focus, which is the current job on hand. All employers know that most employees stay an average of 2-5 years. It's not like they expect you to stay in this one position forever, they just want to make sure that you aren't in a completely different field altogether!

I think it is very important to stay within a position for at least 3 years by educating yourself completely with the company and your job because your knowlege and knowhow represents your company based on this. I would like to commit to this company long term by working from base level and if the opportunity presents itself in the future to excel in a different position, than I am highly motivated to try to advance myself within the company.
