The company wants to know if they need to be guiding you the entire time. Illustrate that once provided the essential training, you will be able to complete projects without someone holding your hand.

Some of my expectations of my future employer is to be a positive motivator, practices effective and fair decisions, recognizes talent and isn't afraid to hire the best *hint hint*, and has a strong focus on team cooperation. I think those are leadership qualities necessary for management level positions.
