Much like writing an essay, there needs to exist an introduction, body paragraph(s), and conclusion. These rules can also be applied to speech. Create an orderly outline of steps taken by using words like “first”, “second”, “third”, “finally/lastly”. Remember to address the “important assignment” first, with an emphasis the ‘importance’ of the project. This will show the interviewer that you are more than proficient in handling high-stress case work and that previous management deemed you worthy of such responsibilities.
