Research the company website. Pick a few key items such as product line , services,current projects being worked on,or latest achievements. Examples: environmental awards, community project, etc. This really shows the employer that you have done your homework on the company, shows you have computer/internet skills, research ability, and most importantly that you are interested in matching your skills/knowledge with a good company.

If you did a lot of research on the position, speak briefly about what you know while exuding confidence.
If you know little to no information about the position, admit it although saying "little" is always better than "nothing".
It's best to research the position for which you are applying for prior to the interview; you will be perceived as more prepared.
