High achievers tend to perform well in high pressure situations. I have enjoyed Working under pressure, its like a challenge. Creating a good environment and planning will lead to success that's what I believe the most.
Deadlines and Pressure are words for those people who are patient of high BP. For people like us who are, aggressive as well as simple and Light-Hearted, all these deadlines and Pressure from Upper management is just like another thing or i can say an adventurous thing.As we,the employee,are here to perform so we have to perform and there is no other way to survive in this competitive world.

Actually I enjoyed working under deadline and pressure.
Successfully solving problem under deadline is an achievement, and makes me feel my contribution to our team and project.
It is a challenge that I was use to it. To successfully work under deadline, I need to carefully schedule time, to have enough knowledge and skill, to keep learning and reading, and most important, team cooperation.

If a person says that he feels pressure of work, he is in all probability, ill managed. A good manager will do the scheduling of activities in such a way that work is finished well ahead of the deadline.

I feel deadlines are the tools for speeding up and pressure makes me get going in fruitful direction. Every new deadline comes to me as a challenge and I just put my head down and work towards it, till it is achieved.
