I seldom criticized for my work. However ,I take criticism as a fuel for my learning.I will fist consider the type and source of criticism and will resolve it.If it is constructive ,I will arrange a private meeting with the relevant person for open dialogue.I will listen carefully ,show repect of others point of view and honestly accept the responsibility of my part.I will take it as a future lesson for me.If the criticism is unwarrented,I will explain it with the same manners.I have good interpersonal skills to listen well and persuade others. There is a wise saying that "unjust criticism is often a disguised complement".so I am open minded person ,I will take it as a good learning source and deal it professionally rather than personally.
