Besides the requisite academic qualification, experience and CS attitude I have many good qualities and skills that are essential for the position: I am persistent, reliable, dedicated, and meticulous and detail oriented which is advantageous as the job revolves around comparing the work order to hard copies to computer generated order. Authorization of credit debit notes, record keeping, correctness and approvals, order changes communication to respective departments/customers, pricing, invoicing, shipping instructions etc. A small mistake can be fatal. I believe in team work which the other important factor governing the job function due to numerous activities going at a time. Therefore the other skills that I bring in are about work-distribution/delegation of responsibilities, multitasking, prioritizing and organizing.
Further I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done and on time.
I am easy going and known to build good relationship with the customers quickly and have received customer appreciation on number of occasions. My customer sacrificed his production to help me starting the machine in an exhibition when the component was found to be missing.
