This is actually a hidden question to see what motivates you, and how you have learned to applicate and practice your positive experiences on others.

•“Positive reinforcement on achievement, giving recognition/responsibility when due, and the opportunity for growth and advancement is usually what I’ve found to motivate people. Sometimes, it’s not the destination, but rather the journey that counts. I found that people seldom remember what you have said, but they will never forget how you made them feel. So I like to motivate people through positive support and ample opportunities for personal growth.”

I motivate people by giving several suggestions to how a problem can be solved or how a situation can be handled, then asking for more suggestions from them, creating communication and teamwork problem solving. It gets everyone involved and gives them a determination to see the proper outcome.

I know what motivates me! i was asked that question.
What motivates me is watching people have a positive attitude during their most difficult times of their lives.
Knowing, for me, that there is too much left to see and do in my life than to be negative.
THAT is what motivates me.

I work along side of them, ask them if they need help with anything. I will, at times, just do something that needs to be done without asking if it needs to be done

I motivate others by positivety. A smile goes a long way. :) I always encourage others even it's by giving them a hug or just telling them everything will be ok.I like to give truthful advice whereas it doesn't offend anyone but motivates someone to do better or try harder. Laughter is also a key factor in motivation and a pleasant enviroment.

I give positive reinforcement on a job well done or give encouraging direction when needed. I try to look at what is in it for them. For example, it we are trying meet a certain sales goal, I may pick up one of their duties to help motivate them in helping meet that goal.
