Overqualified is a word as deadly as under qualified. Answer No. Emphasizing your abilities and value to the company is one thing, but crossing the line and stating that you are worth more than this ‘menial’ job, will signal red flags to the employer that you may have other intentions, like usurping company power or stealing company secrets! We like the word “fully qualified”.
