Xinterview is not libale for any content posted by users.

You agree to indemnify and hold xInterview.com, its officers, employees, and other affiliates, harmless from any claim or demand, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, or your violation of any rights of another.

4. xInterview.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY OTHER MATTERS RELATING TO THE SERVICE
